Our Training

Our commitment to education, training, and the ongoing professional development of our staff is central to Centred Living Care & Support. From day one, every new team member is supported with structured induction, mentoring, and access to qualifications. We ensure all staff are confident, skilled, and prepared to deliver safe, respectful, person-centred care to those with complex needs.

For new starters we offer:

  • Induction process: a structured introduction to our service

  • A phased probation period with mentoring support

  • Guidance on our service values and person-centred ethos

  • Training tailored to individual support requirements
