What is Centred Living Care and Support?
Centred Living Care & Support (CLCS) is a specialist residential provider for adults with complex needs. Our three-bed service is intentionally small, allowing us to deliver highly personalised care. We specialise in learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour, with a focus on dignity, independence, and community inclusion. CLCS blends clinical insight with a homely environment where people can thrive.

Our Multidisciplinary Team
At Centred Living Care & Support (CLCS), we believe every individual deserves to live in a place where they feel safe, respected, and valued. Our MDT works on a retainer basis and includes Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and PBS specialists. Together they support complex needs, guide staff, and ensure individuals can achieve stability, progress, and meaningful outcomes.

Our Training
We believe staff training is the foundation of excellent care. Every team member at CLCS completes a thorough induction and continues with ongoing professional development. Training covers Positive Behaviour Support, safeguarding, complex health needs, and autism awareness. Our partnership with external trainers and our MDT ensures staff remain confident, skilled, and prepared to meet the diverse needs of the people we support.

Our Governance
At CLCS, strong governance underpins everything we do. We have clear structures, accountability, and policies that ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and local authority standards. Our leadership team actively monitors quality, risk, and outcomes, ensuring we remain responsive, transparent, and fully focused on the safety and wellbeing of those we support.

Referrals & Admissions
We accept referrals for adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Each admission is carefully planned with commissioners, families, and professionals to ensure a smooth transition and the right support. Our detailed assessment process ensures placements are safe, sustainable, and truly person-centred, reducing the risk of breakdowns and building long-term success.
